Cesare Saccaggi

Cesare Saccaggi 1868—1934

A master of watercolors and pastels, Saccaggi was born in Tortone, Italy, and received his training at the Royal Albertine Academy in Turin. The rest of his career was spent in Paris where he was a frequent exhibitor, and medal winner, in the Salons des Artistes Français.
