Eugene Henri Cauchois
Eugene Henri Cauchois 1850—1911
Born in Rouen and a student of the great French masters Duboc and Cabanel, Cauchois was a frequent exhibitor at the Paris Salon, receiving many awards for his work. In addition to his lustrous stilllives, he painted several large-scale public panels that are considered national treasures to this day.
